PETITION N0. 37ZC___ <br /> PETITION TO CHANGE THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF LANDS IN THE TOWN OF <br /> SPRINGFIELD <br /> TO THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS: <br /> Ladies & Gentlemen: <br /> The undersigned hereby petitions the Dane County Board <br /> of Supervisors to change the zoning classification of the following described <br /> land in Section 15 , Town of Springfield , Dane County, Wisconsin, <br /> from the A-1 Ex. & A-B District to the <br /> R-1A Residence District. <br /> PET. #3762: <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 15, Town of Springfield described as <br /> follows: Being a part of Lot #1, CSM 3931 more particularly described: <br /> Beginning at the Southwest corner of said Lot #1, thence N 89° 05' 05" E 320 <br /> feet; thence N 00° 10' 54" W 332.0 feet; thence N 70° 43' 42" West 160 feet; <br /> thence S 61° 51' 10" W 129 feet; thence S 69° 46' 18" W 35.00 feet; thence S <br /> 68° 25' 49" W, 23.0 feet; thence S 00° 10' 54" E 309 feet to the point of <br /> beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
