OFFICE TELEPHONE
808-8463800
TOWN OF VIENNA
Office of Clerk fLf
5270 NORWAY GROVE ROAD - DE FOREST, WIS. 53532
January 24, 1987
Dane County Zoning Dept.
Attn: Mr. William Fleck/ Administrator
City- County Building
210 Monona Avenue
Madison, Wisconsin 53709
Dear Mr. Fleck,
The Vienna Town Board met on January 19. At the meeting the
Board held a public hearing concerning the zoning change request and
conditional use permit request of Payne & Dolan to allow mineral
extraction in section 15 of the Town of Vienna.
The Town of Vienna Plan Committee recommended to the Board that
the requests be granted with the enclosed agreement being made a part
of the conditional use permit requirements. After discussion the
Board voted to support the request, but only if the enclosed agreement
between the Town of Viena and Payne & Dolan also be made a requirement
of that conditional use request.
The Town of Vienna Board voted to support Payne & Dolan's zoning
change request from A-1 Ex to A-2 and to support the request for a
conditional use request to allow mineral extraction on the property
only on the condition that the enclosed agreement is made a requirement
of that conditional use request. Please foreward our recommendation
to the zoning committee and the County Board. Thank you.
Sincerely,
Robert Pulvermacher JAN 2 9 19 7
Vienna Town Board
