P & D shall be held responsible for full compliance with these <br /> conditions, and those of the Dane County Zoning Ordinances, Sec- <br /> tion 10.126. which include, but not limited to operation and <br /> reclamantion. <br /> 17. Enforcement: The parties agree that the Town shall have the <br /> right to enforce this agreement by the commencement of an action <br /> in Dane County Circuit Court. However, prior to commencing such <br /> action, the Town agrees to give P & D fifteen (15) days written <br /> notice of any non-compliance by P & D which the Town alleges <br /> or considers to be a default within the terms of this agreement <br /> and P & D shall have the right to cure such default within the <br /> fifteen (15) day period, or within such time as the parties may <br /> agree.
