Robert J. Stalder August 5, 1986
3508 Furey Ave.
Madison, Wi 53714
Town of Blooming Grove
241-5483
RE; Lot 468 Clyde A Gallagher Park
Parcel Number- 04-01-1430
I live with my family in a small residence at 3508 Furey Ave. This is zoned
Bl. In order to accomadate our growing family we would like to add on to
the living space of this. As thidr ouse expansion would be strictly for:
family use we are requesting a conditional use permit. We are committed
to the neighborhood that we live in and desire to remain in this area
but would find it difficult to do so unless we enlarge our living space.
Although the property is zoned B-1 all of the buildings in our immediate
area are family residences.
Our property is 45x120. It easily will accomadate our plan of building
about 29feet on to the rear end of our building and connecting with our
garage which would be about 26 feet across. We hope to use this space
as a family room/dining area and another bedroom plus putting a basement
under this. We would expect to start building sometime in October if
possitje and have the majority of the work completed by January.
Thank you for your assistance in this.
Robert J. Stalder
