C. <br /> #3766 This is in the Agriculture Preservation Area of the Town of Montrose <br /> Land Use Plan, where limited residential development may be allowed, <br /> but there is no provision for multi-family in a rural area with no <br /> services. The warehousing appears more compatible for this existing <br /> building, which should be controlled by conditional rezoning, since <br /> many of the C-1 uses are not compatible in rural locations. <br /> CD-H.
