ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. ii12 <br /> Amrndinn Snctinn ln.n3 relating to 7oninn Districts in the Town of <br /> • VIENNA <br /> the Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows : <br /> That the Toning District Maps of the Town of Vi.nnna be <br /> amended to include in the C-1 Commercial District <br /> the following described land: <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 Sw 1/4 of Section 13, Town of Vienna described as follows: <br /> The North 100 feet of the NW 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 13 lying West of I-90-94. <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 60 days of its adoption by the County Board <br /> of Supervisors, the owner or owners of the land shall record the following restrictions <br /> running in favor of Dane County as well as the owners of the land: <br /> The change in zoning will take effect on such date, occurring within 12 months of approval <br /> by the Dane County Board, when the first on-site inspection is made and approved for the <br /> project sought to be established. In the event such inspection has not occurred within <br /> the 12 'month period the re-zone will be terminated and will be null and void. <br /> EFFECTIVE: <br /> 545-11 (2/78) <br />
