It is the understanding of the Board that the Johnson busi- <br /> ness has been in operation for more than 25 years . It is not the <br /> intent of the Board to force the Johnson business to locate else- <br /> where , provided that any nuisance is kept to a minimum (see the <br /> resolution below) . The Board feels strongly that a rezoning of this <br /> parcel is a detriment to the present occupants and future residential <br /> uses (an additional 57 homes adjacent to the parcel ) . We therefore <br /> request consideration of a conditional use permit with the conditions <br /> as stated below : <br /> WHEREAS , the Town Board of the Town of Dunn has considered <br /> Zoning Petition #2019 <br /> NOW , THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED , that the Town Board of the Town of <br /> Dunn would rather not see the change sought by Zoning Petition #2019 , <br /> but instead requests a Conditional Use Permit be granted with the <br /> following conditions : <br /> 1 . Any commercial vehicle will be parked on applicant ' s property . <br /> 2 . Miscellaneous business equipment be stored out of sight . <br /> 3 . No extended parking of commercial vehicle on shoulder of <br /> town roads . <br /> 4 . Screening as provided by LC-1 zoning . <br /> 5 .
