• #2019 4 ` <br /> This amendment shall become effective, if within forty (40) days , <br /> following adoption by the Dane County Board of Supervisors , the owner <br /> or owners of the land shall record the following restrictions running <br /> in favor of Dane County as well as owners of the land: <br /> 1. Premises will be used only for the uses permitted in the R-3 <br /> Residence District. <br /> 2. In addition to such uses , the premises may be used for a septic <br /> tank pumping business and the parking of one commercial truck <br /> used in the operation of the business. <br /> 3 . The screening provided for in ss 10 .16 (8) (a) of the Zoning Ordi- <br /> nance shall be provided on three sides of the area designated on <br /> the lot for the parking of the commercial truck. <br /> 4. No other uses may be made of the premises . <br />
