• , . . . . <br /> • NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> BY THE DANE COUNTY �+ <br /> AGRICULTURAL EXTENSION & EDUCATION, ZONING, PLANNING & WATER RESOURCES COMMITTEE Z.S <br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held .in Room 224 of the City-County <br /> Building, Madison, Wisconsin on Tuesday, March 10, 1981 at 7:30 P.M. to consider the <br /> following matters: Petitions to amend the Dane County Zoning Ordinance and Applications <br /> for Conditional Use Permits. The matters to be heard are as follows: <br /> 25. PETITION #2650 by Carlos Martin, Jr. agent for John J. Hefferan to include the following <br /> described land in the R-3A Residence District: <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 29, Town of Pleasant Springs, described as follows: <br /> Beginning at a point on the West line of said NW 1/4 SW 1/4 that is North 49.5 feet of <br /> the Southwest corner of said NW 1/4 SW 1/4; thence N 00° 30' E along said West line 175.65 <br /> feet; thence N 88° 28' E, 589.75 feet; thence S 01° 32 ' E, 225.0 feet to the South line of <br /> said NW 1/4 SW 1/4; thence S 88° 28" W along said South line 564.3 feet; thence North 33.0 <br /> feet; thence Northwesterly to the point of beginning. <br /> APPLICANT MUST ATTEND THE PUBLIC'HEARING <br /> An effort has been made to notify all of the neighbors of this application for a conditional <br /> . use permit, but addresses are not always complete and correct. To ensure that everyone has <br /> been notified, please share this notice with any of your neighbors that may not have received <br /> this notice by mail. <br /> This public hearing is being held so that the Committee may hear those persons who have an <br /> interest in this application for a Conditional Use Permit.
