• NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEAPING BY THE DANE COUNTY AGRICULTURAL EXTENSION & EDUCATION, ZONING, PLANNING & WATER RESOURCES COMMITTEE ?/ NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held in Room 224 of the City-County Building, Madison, Wisconsin on Tuesday, April 14, 1981 ' at 7:30 P.M. to consider the following matters: Petitions to amend the Dane County Zoning Ordinance and Applications for Conditional Use Permits. The matters to be heard are as follows: 2. PETITION #2652 by Roelof Kraak to include the following described land in the R-1 Residence and the RH-1 Rural Homes Districts: Part of the NE 1/4 of Section 11, Town of Medina, described as follows: To R-1 Residence: The plat of Maple Heights, except for Lot #4 thereof. To RH-1 Rural Homes: Lot #4 of the Plat of Maple Heights. PETITIONER MUST ATTEND THE PUBLIC HEARING An effort has been made to notify all of the neighbors of this proposed change in zoning ' districts, but addresses are not always complete and correct. To ensure that everyone has been notified, please share this notice with any of your neighbors that may not have rec- eived this notice by mail. This public hearing is being held so that the Committee may hear those persons who have an interest in the proposed change in zoning districts. The Committee, following the public hearing will make a recommendation to the Dane County Board of Supervisors who will make the final decision either to grant or deny the proposed zoning change.
