McCarthy : <br /> The annual Medina town meeting will be held April 14 , so I will be <br /> unable to attend the above mentioned hearing . <br /> The Maple Heights plat is located across the road from farm land <br /> that I rent . The plat is surrounded by agricultural land and should <br /> continue to keep its A-1 zoning. To have this changed to residential <br /> would make no more sense than to ask for agricultural zoning in the <br /> middle of a city residential district. <br /> Residential zoning is available within the township and in the area <br /> for those who want to live in a R-1 lot . <br /> Having an R-1 and Rh-1 zoned area which would be surrounded by A-1 <br /> zoned lands would put unnecessary restrictions on the h-1 lands . <br /> I would suggest that your committee recommend denial of this proposed <br /> zoning change.
