O-6 � `7 <br /> • <br /> PETITION TO CHANGE THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF LANDS IN THE TOWN OF <br /> VERONA <br /> TO THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS: <br /> Ladies & Gentlemen: <br /> The undersigned hereby petitions the Dane County Board <br /> of Supervisors to change the zoning classification of the following described <br /> land in Section 31 , Town of Verona , Dane County, Wisconsin, <br /> from the A-1 Agriculture (Exclusive) District to the <br /> RH-1 Rural Homes District. <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 31, Town of Verona, described as follows: Begin- <br /> ning at the West quarter corner of said Section 31, thence Easterly along the East-West <br /> quarter line 295.16 feet; thence Northerly parallel to the West line of the said SW 1/4 <br /> of the NW 1/4 295.16 feet; thence Westerly parallel to the East-West quarter line 295.16 <br /> feet; thence Southerly along the West line of the said SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 295.16 feet <br /> to the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be <br /> prepared for approval and recorded.
