NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEAPING <br /> BY THE DANE COUNTY <br /> AGRICULTURAL EXTENSION & EDUCATION, ZONING, PLANNING & WATER RESOURCES COMMITTEE 9 <br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held in Room 224 of the City-County <br /> Building, Madison, Wisconsin on Tuesday, May 12, 1981 • at 7:30 P.M. to consider the <br /> following matters: Petitions to amend the Dane County Zoning Ordinance and Applications <br /> for Conditional Use Permits. The matters to be heard are as follows: <br /> 9. PETITION #2679 by Bernard Zwettler to include the following described land in the RH-1 <br /> Rural Homes District: <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 31, Town of Verona, described as follows: Begin- <br /> ning at the West quarter corner of said Section 31, thence Easterly along the East-West <br /> quarter line 295.16 feet; thence Northerly parallel to the West line of the said SW 1/4 <br /> of the NW 1/4 295.16 feet; thence Westerly parallel to the East-West quarter line 295.16 <br /> feet; thence Southerly along the West line of the said SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 295.16 feet <br /> to the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be <br /> prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 60 <br /> days of its approval by the Dane County Board of Supervisors a certified survey map that <br /> describes the land to be re-zoned is recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register <br /> of Deeds. <br /> PETITIONER MUST ATTEND THE PUBLIC HEARING <br /> An effort has been made to notify all of the neighbors of this proposed change in zoning <br /> • districts, but addresses are not always complete and correct. To ensure that everyone has <br /> been notified, please share this notice with any of your neighbors that may not have rec- <br /> eived this notice by mail. <br /> This public hearing is being held so that the Committee may hear those persons who have an <br /> interest in the proposed change in zoning districts.
