• <br /> L <br /> NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> BY THE DANE COUNTY <br /> AGRICULTURE, ENVIRONMENT & ZONING COMMITTEE <br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held in Room 224 of the City-County <br /> Building, Madison, Wisconsin on Tuesday, July 13, 1982 at 7:30 P.M. to consider the <br /> following matters: Petitions to amend the Dane County Zoning Ordinance and Applications <br /> for Conditional Use Permits. The matters to be heard are as follows: <br /> 11. PETITION #2882 by Ron Williamson, agent for Reg Smith to include the following de- <br /> scribed land in the RH-1 Rural Homes and the A-2 Agriculture District: <br /> Part of the N 1/2 NW 1/4 of Section 25, Town of Berry, described as follows: <br /> TO RH-1 RURAL HOMES: Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Section 25; <br /> thence N 84° 35' 37" E, 1330 feet more or less to the point of beginning; thence <br /> continue N 84° 35' 37' E, 1600 feet more or less; thence S 010 44' 13" E, 266 <br /> feet more or less, thence S 21° 26' 32" W, 253 feet more or less; thence S 03° 04' <br /> 13" W, 321 feet more or less to the centerline of West Hill Point Road; thence <br /> Northerly along said centerline 500 feet more or less; thence Northerly 650 more <br /> or less to the point of beginning. TO A-2 AGRICULTURE: Commencing at the North- <br /> west corner of said Section 25; thence N 84° 35' 37" 1, 277.49 feet to the point <br /> of beginning; thence continue N 84° 35' 37" E, 1322 feet more or less; thence <br /> Southerly 650 feet more or less to the centerline of West Hill Point Road; thence <br /> Northerly along said centerline 1520 feet more or less to the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
