At that point, the owner shall remove any separate <br /> kitchen facilities which have been installed. In no event <br /> shall the space so created be used by other than a dependent <br /> relative and it shall not be used for general rental <br /> purposes. The committee may, if it so desires, require the <br /> owner to record deed restrictions implementing these additional <br /> restrictions and such deed restrictions may be required to run <br /> in favor of the county, the town and adjacent landowners. <br />
