This parcel is <br /> currently zoned B-1, Local Business District. <br /> The legal description of the subject property for which we are <br /> requesting the conditional permit is, Lot Two(2), CSM 506, <br /> recorded in Vol. 2 of Certified Surveys, pages 318 & 319, <br /> Doc. #1286977. The real estate tax parcel number is 14-25-561.6. <br /> It is our intention to construct a 4-unit apartment building on this <br /> site. The land area involved in this lot is 56,457 Sq. feet. We propose <br /> to start construction of this building in the Spring of 1983. <br /> It is further our intention to own and manage this apartment building. <br /> We are near retirement age and intend to use this property for additional <br /> income derived from the rentals. <br /> This project has been approved by the Town of Dunn Planning Commission. <br /> The land is across the street from Lake Kegonsa in an area of single <br /> family homes(rental and owner occupied) and vacant land being used <br /> for agricultural purposes(but zoned B-1 and R-3) .
