This parcel (No. 0607-182-9330-8) does not contain a residence,but <br /> features another accessory building as its only improvement. <br /> Under the Dane County Code of Ordinances, Section 10.12(2)(f)2, "One accessory building may <br /> be built in the A-1 Agricultural District without the necessity of there being a residence on the <br /> property." <br /> This letter serves as notice that the zoning permit (No. 20080672)was issued to you in error. It is <br /> not permitted to have a second accessory building on this parcel without there being a residence. <br /> There are two options that would allow you to still build this accessory building. You could add <br /> onto the existing accessory building, as long as it meets all zoning requirements. A second <br /> possibility would be to combine this parcel with the adjacent property that you own which <br /> contains your residence. This could be done by recording a deed restriction or <br /> Certified Survey Map. <br /> I apologize for the inconvenience that this has caused you,but I must revoke Permit No. <br /> 20080672 if no changes are made.
