Skalitzky, who have pending before the Dane <br /> County Zoning Committee, a Conditional Use Permit for the <br /> construction and operation of a country western night club <br /> in the Town of Burke. <br /> This permit request came before the Committee for a <br /> vote on February 28 , 1984 but was tabled for the completion <br /> of a traffic study. This study has been completed and the <br /> report is on file with your department. My clients were told <br /> the permit would come back before the Committee on March 13 , <br /> 1984. Due to the Committee ' s agenda for March 13 , 1984 , this <br /> permit was removed and rescheduled for March 27 , 1984 . <br /> This letter is to request that this permit be returned <br /> to the agenda for March 13 , 1984 , or at a minimum, that the <br /> Committee consider on March 13 , 1984 making it a part of their <br /> agenda for that night. <br /> My client' s have been infomed by their principal investors <br /> that time is of the essence and that they will no longer be <br /> interested in this investment if a decision on the permit <br /> is not received by March 13 , 1984 .
