ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 31" <br /> Amending Section 10.03 reldting to Zoning Districts in the `town of <br /> nIJn'. mnnfn <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows : <br /> That the Zonina District Maps of the Town of Blue Mounds be <br /> amended to include in the e-2 Comm ercii1 District <br /> the following described land: • <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 1 , Town of Niue Mauna'; df.scril>e(l as follow:;i <br /> Commencing at the Southeast corner of said SW 1/4 NE 1/4; tlit'nce North 656. 9 feet, <br /> thence West 449. 25 feet more or less to the centerline of S'I':i 78; thence N 15° <br /> 29' W along said centerline 150 feet; thence S 74° 31' W, 315 feet; thence S 15° <br /> 29' E 165 feet to the point of beginning; thence continue S 15° 29 ' E, 130 feet; <br /> thence N 74° 35' E, 245 to the Westerly right-of-way of STII 78; thence Northwesterly I <br /> along said right-of-way 130 feet; thence S 74° 35' W 245 feet to the point of be- <br /> ginning. <br /> _ _ I <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 60 days of its adoption by the County <br /> Board of Supervisors, the owner or owners of the land shall record the following <br /> restrictions running in favor of Dane County as well as the owners of the land: <br /> . 1) . Use of the C-2 area shall be limited to: <br /> a) . The operation of a retail feed and seed business and storage of related <br /> equipment. <br /> b) . The operation of a repair garage for vehicles not larger than a one-ton <br /> truck. <br /> 2) . The operator of said business shall not store any more than three (3) given vehi- <br /> cles on the property outside the confines of the steel, pole building for more <br /> than fourteen (14) days for each such vehicle; <br /> 3) . All such vehicles parked outside the steel, pole building shall be parked and kept <br /> in a neat and orderly manner; <br /> 4) . The grounds surrounding said pole building shall be kept in a neat and orderly <br /> manner; <br /> 5) . Nothing else shall be stored outside the building. - All other storage required <br /> for operation of the business shall be confined to the inside of the building. <br /> or located in another area properly zoned for such use. <br /> • <br />
