Town P <br /> • The petition was amended by the Dane County Zoning Committee to require a deed <br /> restriction limiting the use of the property as follows: <br /> 1) . Use shall be limited to one single family residence. <br /> 2) . Only one accessory garage building may be constructed and it shall not ex- <br /> ceed a 3 car capacity in size. <br /> 3) . Outside storage of LC-1 related equipment, materials, or supplies is not <br /> permitted. <br /> 4) . Delayed effective date as per survey recording. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors approved the petition, as amended, <br /> on APR 5 1984 but the zoning change will not become effective <br /> until the deed restriction has been recorded in the Office of the Dane County <br /> Register of Deeds. The restriction must be recorded no later than <br /> MAY 1 6 1984 <br /> PLEASE NOTE: Failure to record the deed restriction will null and void the <br /> zoning petition.
