We look forward to developing this property which at the <br /> present time is vacant and has been unused for approximately four years and <br /> is badly in need of more active use and maintenance. <br /> We would like to inform you of our initial plans and intended uses prior <br /> to a zoning petition which we would like to present at your next monthly <br /> meeting in February. <br /> Our intended uses are as follows: <br /> 1 .
