• <br /> • <br /> NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> BY THE DANE COUNTY <br /> AGRICULTURE, ENVIRONMENT & ZONING COMMITTEE <br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held in Room 224 of the City-County <br /> Building, Madison, Wisconsin on Tuesday, March 13, 1984 at 7:30 P.M. to consider the <br /> following matters: Petitions to amend the Dane County Zoning Ordinance and Applications <br /> for Conditional Use Permits. The matters to be heard are as follows: <br /> 2. PETITION #3189 by George Weir, agent for Leon Martinson to include the following <br /> described land in the RH-2 and A-2 Districts: <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 24 Town of Cottage Grove described as follows: <br /> TO A-2: Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Section 24; thence Northerly <br /> along the West line of said Section 770 feet more or less to the point of begin- <br /> ning; thence continuing Northerly along said West line 575 feet more or less to <br /> the North line of said SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4; thence Easterly along said North line <br /> 696 feet more or less; thence Southerly parallel to the West line of said Section <br /> 575 feet more or less; thence Westerly parallel to said North line 696 feet more or <br /> less to the West line of said Section and the point of beginning. TO RH-2: Com- <br /> mencing at the Southwest corner of said Section 24; thence Northerly along the West <br /> line of said Section 1345 feet more or less to the North line of said Section; <br /> thence Easterly along said North line 696 feet more or less to the point of begin- <br /> ning; thence continuing Easterly along said North •line 600 feet more or less; thence <br /> Southerly parallel to the West line of said Section 250 feet; thence Easterly parallel <br /> to the North line of said Section 50 feet more or less; thence Southerly parallel <br /> to the West line of said Section 325 feet more or less; thence Westerly parallel to <br /> the North line of said Section 650 feet more or less; thence Northerly parallel to <br /> the West line of said Section 575 feet more or less to the North line of said SW 1/4 <br /> of the SW 1/4 and the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will <br /> be prepared for approval and recorded.
