• • NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BY THE DANE COUNTY AGRICULTURE, ENVIRONMENT & ZONING COMMITTEE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held in Room 224 of the City-County Building, Madison, Wisconsin on Tuesday, March 13, 1984 at 7:30 P.M. to consider the following matters: Petitions to amend the Dane County Zoning Ordinance and Applications for Conditional Use Permits. The matters to be heard are as follows: 2. PETITION #3189 by George Weir, agent for Leon Martinson to include the following described land in the RH-2 and A-2 Districts: Part of the SW 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 24 Town of Cottage Grove described as follows: TO A-2: Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Section 24; thence Northerly along the West line of said Section 770 feet more or less to the point of begin- ning; thence continuing Northerly along said West line 575 feet more or less to the North line of said SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4; thence Easterly along said North line 696 feet more or less; thence Southerly parallel to the West line of said Section 575 feet more or less; thence Westerly parallel to said North line 696 feet more or less to the West line of said Section and the point of beginning. TO RH-2: Com- mencing at the Southwest corner of said Section 24; thence Northerly along the West line of said Section 1345 feet more or less to the North line of said Section; thence Easterly along said North line 696 feet more or less to the point of begin- ning; thence continuing Easterly along said North •line 600 feet more or less; thence Southerly parallel to the West line of said Section 250 feet; thence Easterly parallel to the North line of said Section 50 feet more or less; thence Southerly parallel to the West line of said Section 325 feet more or less; thence Westerly parallel to the North line of said Section 650 feet more or less; thence Northerly parallel to the West line of said Section 575 feet more or less to the North line of said SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 and the point of beginning. This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded.
