• PETITION NO, 3/ `10 • <br /> PETITION TO CHANGE THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF LANDS IN THE TOWN OF <br /> VIMMON'I <br /> TO THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS: <br /> Ladies & Gentlemen: <br /> The undersigned hereby petitions the Dane County Board <br /> of Supervisors to change the zoning classification of the following described <br /> land in Section 5 , Town of Vermont , Dane County, Wisconsin, <br /> from the A-1 Agriculture Exclusive District to the <br /> RH-3 Rural Homes District. <br /> Part of the N 1/2 SW 1/4 of Section 5, Town of Vermont described as follows: <br /> Beginning at the intersection of the East right-of-way line of Cedar Hill Lane <br /> and the North line of said SW 1/4, thence East along the North line of said N 1/2 <br /> SW 1/4 700 feet more or less, thence South 700 feet more or less, thence West to <br /> the East right-of-way of Cedar Hill Lane, thence North along said East right-of- <br /> way to the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
