r a <br /> NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> BY THE DANE COUNTY <br /> AGRICULTURE, ENVIRONMENT & ZONING COMMITTEE <br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held in Room 224 of the City-County <br /> Building, Madison, Wisconsin on Tuesday, March 13, 1984 at 7:30 P.M. to consider the <br /> following matters: Petitions to amend the Dane County Zoning Ordinance and Applications <br /> for Conditional Use Permits. The matters to be heard are as follows: <br /> 5. PETITION #3192 by Darrell Fitch, agent for Herb Blaser to include the following de- <br /> scribed land in the C-1 and RE-1 Districts; Also, CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT #367 application <br /> to permit lighted softball diamond and sale of alcohol on the same parcel: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section27, Town of Montrose described as follows: <br /> TO C-1: Commencing at the Southwest corner of Section 27, thence East 2081.44 <br /> feet; thence N 000 37' E along the West line of Kari Street 386 feet to the North <br /> Village limits of Belleville, Wisconsin and the point of beginning. Thence N 000 <br /> 37' E 300 ft. , thence East 542 feet to the West right-of-way of STH 69; thence S 000 <br /> 37' W along said West right-of-way 300 feet; thence West 542 feet to the point of <br /> beginning. TO RE-1: Commencing at the Southwest corner of Section 27, thence East <br /> 2081.44 feet; thence N 000 37' E along the West line of Kari Street 386 to the North <br /> Village limits of Belleville. Thence N 000 37' E 300 ft. , to the point of begin- <br /> ning; thence West 118 ft. , thence N 000 37' E 360 ft. , thence East 660 ft. to the <br /> West right-of-way of STH 69, thence S 000 37' W along said West right-of-way 360 <br /> feet, thence West 542 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will <br /> be prepared for approval and recorded.
