The Town of Verona approved Certified Survey Map <br /> submitted by William Krell and dated Feb. 29, 1984 <br /> with the following conditions: <br /> (1) That Mr. Krell sign a contract with <br /> the Town of Verona to construct the <br /> proposed road to meet contractual <br /> requirements of the town; and <br /> (2) that he provide the Town with proof of <br /> full payment or an irrevocable letter <br /> of credit to ensure that the teems of <br /> the contract will be carried out and <br /> the road constructed at no cost to <br /> the Town. <br />
