PETITION NO. 3`96 <br /> PETITION TO CHANGE THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF LANDS IN THE TOWN OF <br /> DANE <br /> TO THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS: <br /> Ladies & Gentlemen: <br /> The undersigned hereby petitions the Dane County Board <br /> of Supervisors to change the zoning classification of the following described <br /> land in Section 25 , Town of Dane , Dane County, Wisconsin, <br /> from the A-1 Agriculture Exclusive District to the <br /> RH-1 Rural Homes & R-1A F Bidence District. <br /> Part of the N 1/2 of Sect_ Jn 25, Town of Dane described as follows: TO RH-1: <br /> Commencing at the NE cor of said Section 25; thence South 500 feet to the <br /> point of beginning. Thence continue South 600 feet; thence West 450 feet; thence <br /> North 600 feet; thence East 450 feet to the point of beginning. TO R-1A: Begin- <br /> ning at the North qua- ter corner of said Section 25; thence East 225 feet; thence <br /> South 500 feet; thenco West 300 feet; thence North 500 feet; thence East 75 feet <br /> to the point of beginning. ALSO: Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Sec- <br /> tion 25; thence East 750 feet to the point of beginning. Thence continue East 400 <br /> feet; thence South 375 feet; thence West 400 feet; thence North 375 feet to the <br /> point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will <br /> be prepared for approval and recorded.
