Since the <br /> approval for both petitions was sent in the same envelope I <br /> am also encloseing our approval for # 3209• <br /> On the evening of April 3rd the Town Plan Committee met on <br /> petitions 3208 & 3209 and approved both of them. The Town Board <br /> has also voted to approve both petitions . # 3208 was approved <br /> without stipulations .
