Use shall be limited to an auto body repair shop. <br /> -2) . An area for outside storage of vehicles to be repaired shall be provided. <br /> Said area shall be enclosed by a screening fence approved by the town board. <br /> 3) . Additional landscaping is to be provided with a screened area provided for <br /> a trash container of adequate size. A landscape plan is to be submitted to the <br /> town board for approval prior to installation. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors approved the petition, as amended, <br /> on MAY 3 1984 but the zoning change will not become effective <br /> until the deed restriction has been recorded in the Office of the Dane County <br /> Register of Deeds. The restriction must be recorded no later than <br /> JUL 3 1984 See attached sample. <br /> • PLEASE NOTE: Failure to record the deed restriction will null and void the <br /> zoning petition.
