Members of the County Board <br /> May 1, 1984 <br /> Page 4 <br /> f. land which does not disturb or <br /> destroy important natural features <br /> such as significant woodland areas, <br /> wetlands, springs, and steep slopes, <br /> g. a parcel shape which promotes main- <br /> tenance of adjacent agricultural <br /> parcels and which minimizes the <br /> length of access from a public road <br /> to the structure, <br /> h. planned so as to avoid cuts into <br /> steep slopes for both homesites <br /> and driveways, <br /> i. rezoned so that only that portion <br /> of land necessary for the requested <br /> use is rezoned. " <br /> The Land Use Plan also sets forth a procedure for its <br /> amendment which calls for notification of neighbors and a <br /> public hearing.
