Weisensel, Chairperson <br /> Madison, WI 53709 <br /> RE: Rezoning Petition #3211 - Shirley and Milford Thompson <br /> Dear Ms. Weisensel: <br /> This letter is to inform your committee of action taken by the <br /> Town Board of the Town of Blue Mounds after their public hearing <br /> of May 15, 1984 on proposed rezoning petition #3211. <br /> The Board unanimously approved the portion of the petition on <br /> property in Section 10 & 15 to A-2 as requested. <br /> Although the other land in question, shown as parcel A - 3 acres <br /> and B - 5 acres,which is divided into two parcels would not sup- <br /> port RH-3 zoning, the Board feels very strongly that RH-3 would be <br /> the best possible rezoning for those involved. It is the Board's <br /> understanding that this would permit one dwelling site. They <br /> unanimously recommend rezoning those 8 acres as RH-3. <br /> In view of the dispute regarding dividing land parcels and/or rezoning <br /> these parcels, the Board then voted unanimously to recommend parcel <br /> A to RH-1 and parcel B to RH-2 if the above recommendation to RH-3 <br /> cannot be made. <br /> The Board unanimously rejected and does not support the requested <br /> rezoning of both parcels A & B to RH-l. <br /> If you or any of your committee have any questions regarding the <br /> Board's position, please feel free to contact me at your convenience. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> RECEIVED <br /> Henry F.
