The land at the rear of the buildings will be maintained as a green area with suitable <br /> plantings to be placed along the lot line. The above mentioned land is to be used only for <br /> a refuse container specified by the town of Madison Public Works Superintendent. 2) . No <br /> noise-producing machinery to be in use before 8:00 a.m. or after 7:00 p.m. 3) . Emmissions <br /> from motors will be limited: no diesel engines repaired. 4) . Damaged or salvage vehicles <br /> shall not be stored outside the building. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors approved the petition, as amended, <br /> on MAY 3 1984 but the zoning change will not become effective <br /> until the deed restriction has been recorded in the Office of the Dane County <br /> Register of Deeds. The restriction must be recorded no later than <br /> • JUL 3 1984 See attached sample. <br /> • <br /> PLEASE NOTE: Failure to record the deed restriction will null and void the <br /> zoning petition.
