April 9, 1984 <br /> CONDITIONS OF REZONING <br /> The property at 1440 Martin Street is currently zoned C-l . New tenants <br /> require a change in zoning to C-2. There is a desire to use this property <br /> in a way that is compatible to neighboring properties. To facilitate this , <br /> the following restrictions will apply for any additional uses permitted <br /> under C-2 zoning. <br /> 1 . The land at the rear of the building will be maintained as <br /> a green area with suitable plantings to be placed along the <br /> lot line. <br /> 2. The above mentioned land is to be used only for a refuse <br /> container specified by the Town of Madison Public Works <br /> Superintendent. <br /> 3. No noise-producing machinery to be in use before 7:30 A.M. <br /> or after 7:00 P.M. <br /> 4. Emmissions from motors will be limited: no diesel engines <br /> repaired. <br /> 5.
