Von Rutenberg in the Town of Westport which also indicates portions of Brickson Park Road, the vacating of which is being requested under the appropriate procedures . William E. Von Rutenberg and Elizabeth L. Von Rutenberg, as owners , request zoning change of three parcels indicated on the descriptions , attached hereto. The property involved is largely vacant land. The Mariner' s Inn restaurant is shown on the map , and the zoning change identified on the attached descriptions as Z-3 is requested in order to permit construction of a parking lot to be used under the same ownership and in conjunction with the Mariner' s Inn restaurant. The other zoning changes , identified as Z-1 and Z-2 on the attached descriptions , are requested in order to permit develop- ment in conjunction with the R-4 zoning of the large vacant parcel. In addition to the Mariner' s Inn restaurant , the immediate neigh- borhood consists of several small residential properties as indicated on the map. Those owned by William E.
