Von Rutenberg and Elizabeth L. Von Rutenberg, as <br /> owners , request zoning change of three parcels indicated on the <br /> descriptions , attached hereto. <br /> The property involved is largely vacant land. The Mariner' s Inn <br /> restaurant is shown on the map , and the zoning change identified <br /> on the attached descriptions as Z-3 is requested in order to <br /> permit construction of a parking lot to be used under the same <br /> ownership and in conjunction with the Mariner' s Inn restaurant. <br /> The other zoning changes , identified as Z-1 and Z-2 on the <br /> attached descriptions , are requested in order to permit develop- <br /> ment in conjunction with the R-4 zoning of the large vacant <br /> parcel. <br /> In addition to the Mariner' s Inn restaurant , the immediate neigh- <br /> borhood consists of several small residential properties as <br /> indicated on the map.
