They have talked to the members of <br /> the Town Board of the Town of Rutland about making a minor <br /> change in the conditional use permit and deed restrictions. <br /> That change would broaden the permitted uses of the track. <br /> We have been given to understand that the Town of Rutland <br /> has no objection to this change. <br /> We request the conditional use permit be amended to <br /> include the following language: <br /> The conditional use permit # shall be <br /> amended such that racing and motor sports of all <br /> types shall be permitted uses thereunder . <br /> Enclosed please find the filing fee for the amendment <br /> of a conditional use permit in the amount of $60. 00 . I <br /> would appreciate it if you would bring this up at the next <br /> zoning meeting. I would also appreciate it if you <br /> JUL 01 1987. <br />
