Abbott, agent for Impact Speedway, is not acceptable to the Town Board <br /> of the Town of Rutland. In view of this fact, the Town Board has taken the <br /> position to delay any action on the above proposed amendment until additional <br /> information is obtained. <br /> We feel a public hearing for the property owners within the Town is <br /> essential to our reaching a desirable agreement, as it is in their interests, <br /> as well, that we wish to act and perform. <br /> The racing season comes to a close on October 31, 1987, so we do not <br /> feel that this will cause any imposition to Impact Speedway at this time. <br /> Please take our position into consideration at your meeting which <br /> will be held on September 22, 1987. <br /> Yours very truly, <br /> RUTLAND TOWN BOARD <br /> 7-/Gt c, i/01llLZ <br /> Robert .
