AMENDMENT TO CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br /> AND DEED RESTRICTIONS <br /> Acceptable Uses of Race Track. In addition to automobile <br /> racing, the racetrack may also be used for events in which <br /> vehicles attempt to pull each other in opposite directions <br /> and for four wheeled motorized bike races. All other terms <br /> and conditions of the deed restrictions and conditional use <br /> permit shall remain the same and such vehicles described <br /> herein shall be treated under such permit and restrictions <br /> as if they were automobiles. <br />
