Briggs: <br /> In accordance with our recent telephone conversation, I <br /> submit to you the following for your consideration. <br /> I would like to re-zone one acre of my property, more <br /> fully described below, from A-1 to C-1 for the purpose of <br /> building a testing laboratory . Realizing that the classifica- <br /> tion C-1 allows many different types of businesses , I will <br /> be placing the following deed restrictions on the property. <br /> Subject Property : <br /> Part of the Southeast Quarter of the South- <br /> west Quarter (SE1/4-SW1/4) OF Section 19, Town 9 <br /> North, Range 11 East, (Township of Bristol) , Dane <br /> County Wisconsin, which is more fully described as <br /> follows: <br /> Commencing at the South Quarter corner of <br /> said section 19; thence South 89° 52' West , along <br /> the South line of said Section 1126.68 feet to the <br /> point of beginning of this description; thence con- <br /> tinue South 89° 52 ' West , along said south line <br /> of Section, 195.68 feet; (hence North 0° 11 ' West <br /> 222.61 feet ; thence North 89° 46' 10" East, <br /> 195.68 feet; thence South 0° 08' East, 222.61 <br /> feet to the point of beginning. <br /> The restrictions set forth below shall remain <br /> in effect as long as said property is subject to <br /> zoning use regulations no more restrictive than <br /> the regulations existing for the C-1 district on <br /> the date hereof, as modified by the restrictions <br /> set forth below. <br /> The following permitted uses , pursuant to Dane County <br /> ordinance 10. 13 ( 1) shall not be allowed: <br /> 1 . Laundries, Dry Cleaning Establishments , Rooming <br /> Houses, and Boarding Houses are specifically <br /> prohibited. <br /> 2. No outside storage of any manufacturing or <br /> construction materials will be allowed. <br />
