Briggs: In accordance with our recent telephone conversation, I submit to you the following for your consideration. I would like to re-zone one acre of my property, more fully described below, from A-1 to C-1 for the purpose of building a testing laboratory . Realizing that the classifica- tion C-1 allows many different types of businesses , I will be placing the following deed restrictions on the property. Subject Property : Part of the Southeast Quarter of the South- west Quarter (SE1/4-SW1/4) OF Section 19, Town 9 North, Range 11 East, (Township of Bristol) , Dane County Wisconsin, which is more fully described as follows: Commencing at the South Quarter corner of said section 19; thence South 89° 52' West , along the South line of said Section 1126.68 feet to the point of beginning of this description; thence con- tinue South 89° 52 ' West , along said south line of Section, 195.68 feet; (hence North 0° 11 ' West 222.61 feet ; thence North 89° 46' 10" East, 195.68 feet; thence South 0° 08' East, 222.61 feet to the point of beginning. The restrictions set forth below shall remain in effect as long as said property is subject to zoning use regulations no more restrictive than the regulations existing for the C-1 district on the date hereof, as modified by the restrictions set forth below. The following permitted uses , pursuant to Dane County ordinance 10. 13 ( 1) shall not be allowed: 1 . Laundries, Dry Cleaning Establishments , Rooming Houses, and Boarding Houses are specifically prohibited. 2. No outside storage of any manufacturing or construction materials will be allowed.
