0 <br /> NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> BY THE DANE COUNTY <br /> AGRICULTURE, ENVIRONMENT & ZONING COMMITTEE <br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held in Room 224 of the City-County <br /> Building, Madison, Wisconsin on Tuesday, May 8, 1984 at 7:30 P.M. to consider the <br /> following matters: Petitions to amend the Dane County Zoning Ordinance and Applications <br /> for Conditional Use Permits. The matters to be heard are as follows: <br /> 2. PETITION #3222 by Robert Killerlain to include the following described land in the <br /> RH-2 Rural Homes District: <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 of Section 32 Town of Dunn described as follows: The West <br /> 181. 5 feet of Government Lot #3 lying South of Rutland-Dunn Townline Road. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
