The matters to be heard are as follows: <br /> 3. PETITION #3223 by Ronald Williamson, agent for Arthur Schroeder, Sr. to include the <br /> following described land in the RH-2 Rural Homes District: <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 1, Town of Vienna described as follows: <br /> Beginning at the Southwest corner of said NW 1/4 of the SW 1/4; thence East <br /> 450.00 feet; thence North 950 feet; thence West 450 feet; thence South 950 <br /> feet to the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
