OFFICE TELEPHONE
608-846-3800
TOWN OF VIENNA
Office of Clerk
5270 NORWAY GROVE ROAD• DEFOREST,WIS.53532
March 27, 1984
Dane County Zoning Dept.
Room 116, City County Building
210 Monona Avenue
Madison, Wisconsin 53709
Re: Petition # 3223
Dear Sirs:
The Vienna Town Board met on March 5, 1984 . One item on the
adjenda for that meeting was a request for rezoning and a surtefied
survey land-division by Mr. Art Schroeder- which would allow him to
seperate and sell five acres and the building seperately from the
remainder of his farm. (Petition 3223) .
After receiving a favorable ruling from the plan committee the
Board voted to suport the request because Mr. Schroeder promised that
no additional nonagricultural building would be erected on the remaining
area of his land- now or in the future, and the the existing use of the
property was rental and a burden -to the farm operation. The Town asks
that Dane County support this request for these reasons.
The Town Board also reviewed the land-division request for a
parcel in the se 1/4 of section 22 of the Town of Vienna. The land to
be devided is to be sold to an adjoining land owner, a Mr. James boltes.
A review of the Vienna Town Plan revealed that the Town has no objection
to a land-division for the purpose of a sale to an adjoining property
owner. For that reason the Town is in favor of this land-division.
Thank you.
Sincerely, RECEIVED
PR 19 1984
-'9(cf%ti-f DANE COUNTY
ZONING DEPT.
Robert Pulvermacher
Vienna Town Clerk
