Discussion of the project disclosed several issues that <br /> had to be resolved prior to the issuance of a zoning permit. The attached <br /> map shows what Mr. Lamere proposes. The following list denotes what must <br /> be done to accomplish what Mr. Lamere proposes. Please be advised that we <br /> have not reviewed minimum lot area, etc. , . <br /> 1. Separate lots for new and existing residences. <br /> 2. Certified survey required; Mr. Lamere was advised to check with Norb <br /> Scribner - Dane County Plat/CSM Review Officer. <br /> 3. RH-1 minimum area is 2 acres - re-zone to appropriate district is re- <br /> quired for new parcel and also for the area to be transferred to the <br /> R-2 area. <br /> Next available public hearing is scheduled for May 8, 1984, application <br /> deadline April 3. If zoning is processed straight through, zoning would be <br /> effective mid June.
