Agricultural District to the <br /> R-3A Residential District. <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 10, Town of Sun Prairie described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the West quarter corner of Section 10; thence N 02° 54' E, 495.30 <br /> feet along the West line of the NW 1/4 to the point of beginning; thence continue <br /> N 02° 54' E, 185.00 feet along said West line NW 1/4; thence S 87° 06' E, 253.00 <br /> feet; thence S 02° 54' W, 185.00 feet; thence N 87° 06' W, 253.00 feet to the West <br /> line NW 1/4 and the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will <br /> be prepared for approval and recorded.
