I <br /> advised them that I had no problem with use 1 thru 4 and 6 thru 13 as <br /> defined in your letter. Item #5, informal outdoor archery range would re- <br /> quire a new application for and conditional use permit because the Committee <br /> could not allow it without a public review of proposed location. The Com- <br /> mittee concurred with this opinion. <br /> The Committee has agreed to list the permitted uses in the Conditional use <br /> permit when granted. If you will record the deed restriction and advise <br /> me of the date of recording and document before September 25, 1984.
