NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> flY THE DANE COUNTY <br /> AGRICULTURE, ENVIRONMENT & ZONING COMMITTEE <br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held in Room 224 of the City-County <br /> Building, Madison, Wisconsin on Tuesday, June 12, 1984 at 7:30 P.M. to consider the <br /> following matters: Petitions to amend the Dane County Zoning Ordinance and Applications <br /> for Conditional Use Permits. The matters to be heard are as follows: <br /> 8. PETITION #3245 by Ron Williamson, agent for Bernard Curwick to include the following <br /> described land in the R-1 Residence District: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 21 Town of Westport described as follows: <br /> 11 parcel of land located in the SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4, Section 21, Town of West- <br /> port, Dane County Wisconsin, being the Westerly 151 feet of Lot #2, Certified <br /> Survey Map No. #873, recorded in Volume 4 of Dane County Certified Surveys on <br /> pages 100 and 101. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
