The matters to be heard are as follows: <br /> 9. PETITION #3246 by Thom R. Grenlie to include the following described land in the RH-3 <br /> Pn r,11 JPmier Di nt-ri et : <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 of Section 26, Town of Vermont described as follows: Com- <br /> mencing at the Northwest corner of Certified Survey Map No. #2397 recorded in <br /> Volume 9 Pg. 285; which is also the point of beginning; thence N 89° 01' 25" W <br /> along the North line of said NW 1/4, 730 feet; thence S 20° W, 1350 feet; thence <br /> S 60° F, 370 more or less feet to the centerline of Greenwald Road; thence North- <br /> east along the center line of Greenwald Road; 1100 more or less feet to the South- <br /> east corner of said Certified Survey Map No. 2397; thence N 01° 51' 42" E, 834.41 <br /> feet to the point of beginning. <br /> "Phis description is intended to describe land for which a Certified Survey Map <br /> wjll be prepared for approval and recorded.
