NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> BY TILE DANE COUNTY <br /> AGRICULTURE, ENVIRONMENT & ZONING COMMITTEE <br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held in Room 224 of the City-County <br /> Building, Madison, Wisconsin on Tuesday, June 12, 1984 at 7:30 P.M. to consider the <br /> following matters: Petitions to amend the Dane County Zoning Ordinance and Applications <br /> for Conditional Use Permits. The matters to be heard are as follows: <br /> • <br /> 11. PETITION #3248 by Steven P. Ring to include the following described land in the <br /> C-2 Commercial District: <br /> Part of the E 1/2 NW 1/4 of Section 35 Town of Mazomanie described as follows: <br /> Beginning at a point which is 621.96 feet South of and 2305.90 feet East of the <br /> Northwest corner of said Section 35; thence South 68° 50' 01" East, 205.56 feet; <br /> thence South 21° 09' 59" West, 1235.28 feet; thence North 88° 13' 38" West, 217.92 <br /> feet; thecne North 21° 09' 59" East, 1307.64 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> Also, beginning at a point in the Westerly right-of-way line of STH 78, said point <br /> also being 369. 56 feet South of and 3013. 38 feet East of the Northwest corner of <br /> said Section 35; thence South 16° 07' 41" West, 66.37 feet along said Westerly <br /> right -of-way line; thence North 79° 57' 46" West, 279.92 feet; thence South 66° <br /> 35' 41" West, 255.11 feet; thence South 12° 16' 08" West, 193.97 feet; thence <br /> North 68° 50' 01" West, 66.08 feet; thence North 12° 16' 08" East, 217.51 feet; <br /> thence North 66° 35' 41" East, 308.81 feet; thence South 79° 57' 46" East, 306.79 <br /> feet to the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
