NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> BY TIE DANE COUNTY <br /> AGRICULTURE, ENVIRONMENT & ZONING COMMITTEE <br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held in Room 224 of the City-County <br /> Building, Madison, Wisconsin on Tuesday, June 12, 1984 at 7:30 P.M. to consider the <br /> following matters: Petitions to amend the Dane County Zoning Ordinance and Applications <br /> for Conditional Use Permits. The matters to be heard are as follows: <br /> 17. PETITION #3254 by Ron Williamson, agent for Leon Ripp to include the following <br /> described land in the R-1 Residence District: <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 20 Town of Westport described as follows: <br /> Beginning at the West quarter corner of said Section 20; thence East 170 feet; <br /> thence North 270 feet; thence West 170 feet; thence South 270, to the point of <br /> beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will he prepared for approval and recorded.
