NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING 1 nY THE: DANE COUNTY AGRICULTURE, ENVIRONMENT & ZONING COMMITTEE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held in Room 224 of the City-County Building, Madison, Wisconsin on Tuesday, June 12, 1084 at 7:30 P.M. to consider the following matters: Petitions to amend the Dane County Zoning Ordinance and Applications for Conditional Use Permits. The matters to be heard are as follows: 18. PETITION H 32Yi by Ru l h hu!;htu 11 to include the following described land in the R-1 Residence District: Part of the S 1/2 of Section 21 and N 1/2 of Section 28 Town of Mazomanie de- scribed as follows: Beginning at the South quarter corner of Section 21 thence 245 feet East along the South Section line of Section 21; thence North 460 feet more or less on a line parallel with the one-quarter section line of Section 21 to the Wisconsin River; thence West 350 feet more or less along the Wisconsin . River; thence South 460 feet more or less on a line parallel to the on-quarter section line of section 21 to the South section line of section 21; thence East 105 feet along the South section line of Section 21 to the point of beginning. ALSO, beginning at the North quarter corner of Section 28; thence West along the North line of said section 105 feet; thence South parallel to the North and South •quarter line of Section 28 to the centerline of the travelled way known as "Laws • Drive;" thence Southeasterly and Southerly along said center line to a point approximately 33 feet East of the North-South quarter line of Section 28 and appro- ximately 483 feet North of the centerline of relocated CTH "Y"; thence East parallel to said centerline of relocated CTH "Y" approximately 33 feet to a point on the North and South quarter line of Section 2.8; thence North on said quarter line to a point 346. 5 feet South of the North quarter corner of Section 28; thence N 35° 48' E, 42.5.8 feet more or less to a point on the North line of Section 28 approxi- mately 247. 5 feet East of the North quarter corner of said Section; thence West along the North section line of Section 28 to the point of beginning. This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane County Board of Supervisors a certi- fied survey map that describes the land to be re-zoned is recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds.
