NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> 1 nY THE: DANE COUNTY <br /> AGRICULTURE, ENVIRONMENT & ZONING COMMITTEE <br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held in Room 224 of the City-County <br /> Building, Madison, Wisconsin on Tuesday, June 12, 1084 at 7:30 P.M. to consider the <br /> following matters: Petitions to amend the Dane County Zoning Ordinance and Applications <br /> for Conditional Use Permits. The matters to be heard are as follows: <br /> 18. PETITION H 32Yi by Ru l h hu!;htu 11 to include the following described land in the R-1 <br /> Residence District: <br /> Part of the S 1/2 of Section 21 and N 1/2 of Section 28 Town of Mazomanie de- <br /> scribed as follows: Beginning at the South quarter corner of Section 21 thence <br /> 245 feet East along the South Section line of Section 21; thence North 460 feet <br /> more or less on a line parallel with the one-quarter section line of Section 21 <br /> to the Wisconsin River; thence West 350 feet more or less along the Wisconsin . <br /> River; thence South 460 feet more or less on a line parallel to the on-quarter <br /> section line of section 21 to the South section line of section 21; thence East <br /> 105 feet along the South section line of Section 21 to the point of beginning. <br /> ALSO, beginning at the North quarter corner of Section 28; thence West along the <br /> North line of said section 105 feet; thence South parallel to the North and South <br /> •quarter line of Section 28 to the centerline of the travelled way known as "Laws <br /> • Drive;" thence Southeasterly and Southerly along said center line to a point <br /> approximately 33 feet East of the North-South quarter line of Section 28 and appro- <br /> ximately 483 feet North of the centerline of relocated CTH "Y"; thence East parallel <br /> to said centerline of relocated CTH "Y" approximately 33 feet to a point on the <br /> North and South quarter line of Section 2.8; thence North on said quarter line to <br /> a point 346. 5 feet South of the North quarter corner of Section 28; thence N 35° <br /> 48' E, 42.5.8 feet more or less to a point on the North line of Section 28 approxi- <br /> mately 247. 5 feet East of the North quarter corner of said Section; thence West <br /> along the North section line of Section 28 to the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
