They requested rezoning for 4.6 acres, Dane County <br /> petition # 3256. The Board approved rezoning for use as two residential <br /> lots, but objected to construction of a duplex on the second lot. <br /> A Town ordinance adopted December 18, 1979, prohibits such construction <br /> on parcels of less than 20 acres per residential unit. On June 1, 1984, <br /> the petition was sent in as "approved" without the above objection <br /> being stated on it.
