Agriculture District to the <br /> R-1 Residence District. <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 14, Town of Sun Prairie described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the NW corner of Section 14; thence South 774.8 feet alongthe West <br /> line of the NW quarter of said Section 14 to the point of beginning.
